School Recently, I was reintroduced to my own education. I began my enrollment at the Department of Labor Job Corps. It was quite the experience. I was a little bit older than most of the other students. There is nothing wrong with that. If anything, they are getting even further ahead in life. Leaving For me, it was not such an opportunity. I was treated as an outsider from another city, and I was not taken seriously by any of the administrators. I hate to say it, but it was not much better than any of my other schools. The only difference was that I had the choice to walk away. I was no longer a child begging for the opportunity to grow, I was a grown man who had the choice to walk away from abuse. On My Own Once I successfully accomplished this, I was able to move on. All I had to do was keep writing. It makes so much sense to me now!
